Victor Chizoma Onyeaba is President & Chief Operating Officer, a position he assumed in June 2020. Prior to his new role, he held various field engineering, consulting, sales and business development positions in Aberdeen, U.K., and Continental Europe as his primary location. Various international assignments and engineering positions from 2006 to 2015 in Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, Ghana, Algeria, Uganda, and U.S Land at Hobbs – New Mexico, Odessa, Kilgore, Fort Worth, EL-Paso, Weatherford and Houston, Texas. Plus, a brief hitch at Bonnyville, Alberta in Canada and Abu Dhabi in the U.A.E.

Earlier in his engineering career as a field engineer for measurement while drilling, logging while drilling, wireline, wells intervention, production operations, as well as in sales and business development for Europe, Africa, Middle East with some U.S.A support. From 2006 to 2019, he worked for Inco-Drilling, Weatherford International, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Shell, EVCam and HXR Drilling Services Inc. He cross-trained into data science and agile programme management from 2018 to 2019.

Victor holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Portsmouth, England, U.K and a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from the Federal University of Technology (FUTO) Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. He recently gained an admission to study for his MBA (EMBA) programme at the University of Warwick, The SHAD, London Campus.

He is an active participant and a member of IMechE, SPE Port-Harcourt, SPE Lagos, SPE Abuja, SPE London and SPE Aberdeen sections since 2006.

Harry Okoro, graduated as a Civil Engineer (B.Sc.) from the Premier Nigerian University, University of Ibadan. He also holds an M.Sc. in Construction Project Management and Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. Before starting Regent Construction, in 2008, He worked with C&C Construction company and ITB Nigeria Limited where he held different core responsibilities ranging from Site Engineer to Project Management in numerous large-scale construction projects.

Harry Okoro is currently the Director of Regent Construction Ltd. His expertise in structural development and construction span over 15years in the engineering world. He is a member of the institute of Civil Engineers UK as well as the institute of Highway Engineers, UK. Asides from Civil and Business Services, he works in Oil & Gas Asset and Engineering Construction, as well as, supporting OEM (oilfield equipment supplies) to major IOC’s, Independents, and National Oil Company in Nigeria.

After graduating from the university of Portsmouth with a B.Eng in Construction Engineering Management which is a combination of construction engineering and project management , he has embossed over 8 years valuable experience in all aspect of the construction industry.

After spending a few years with Balfour Beauty in the UK, working as an assistant project manager with responsibility ranging from contract administration to project management, he moved back to Nigeria and has been focused primarily on Construction projects such as Hotels, Office Complexes, Luxury Flats, Schools etc. He has gained tremendous Construction Experience working with ITB Nigeria Ltd for 8 years first as a site Engineer then Became the Head Planning Engineer for ITB in charge of Project Planning / Scheduling, Monitoring and Delivery on Various Projects worth well Over $100 million.

Mr Abiola Akinsanya is a BSC holder in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom and an MSC holder in Energy Studies with specialization in International Oil & Gas Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland.

A consultant with over 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Mr Akinsanya has worked with a number of companies abroad and locally within the downstream/midstream sector of the Oil & Gas Industry – most recent left his role as an Executive Director at SID Energy Resource Limited after 8 years to join Overwatch Limited.

An experienced business development and operations personnel with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, PGD Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Diploma in Information Systems Management from Aptech.

A business finance manager who has garnered a lot of experience working within multicultural and international environments.

Chime’s knowledge and wealth of experience in management since the last 18 years helped;

Successfully start-up and consolidate AIGTC Limited (a multi-industry company) in Nigeria.
Develop and successfully start-off the ‘EKO BUSINESS DINNER’ event (a semi-formal revolving metropolitan business and investors networking forum).
Emadri LLC (an online pre-travel planning services company based in New York) introduce and launch their content (The Vane) in the African market space (especially Nigeria)… among so many others.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), an international Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and currently a Student-Member of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers (S-CIS).
